GENERAL OFFICE
What we need in an office person:
- Over all general office duties
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivables
- Able to train and guide seasonal office staff
Computer Literate
- Microsoft Excel
- Adobe Photoshop helpful but not required
- Able to learn quickly proprietary software
- Data entry for: on-line store and other software
Phone:
- Strong phone presence
- Able to talk to all of our customers help them solve their issues and follow up with them
- Able to up sell all clients that need to be called or that call in
- Able to make follow up calls on all projects for the company
Hebron, Kentucky office, 35-40 hours per week (more during Christmas Season and in the spring), casual dress office, somewhat liberal starting time and maybe able to work some on Saturday if you want.
We are always looking for seasonal help for interior decorators, outside installers, sales people.
