____ Ask to see pictures of their work in this area?
____ Do they have uniformed crews?
____ Request a referral?
____ How do they keep with the trends in decorating?

Service:

____ Are decorations customized to your home?
____ What type of replacement program do they have, how much?
____ Will they replace worn out discolored product, how much?
____ Will they change your display colors, how much?
____ Do they pro-actively perform service calls, how much?
____ Do you have to call them for problems?
____ Ask about installation hardware?  Damage control?
____ Is everything included in the service?
____ Ask about maintenance program and fees?
____ Ask about takedown and storage fees?
____ Do they offer options that allow you to build your display?

Product:

____ Do you have to buy the decorations?
____ Do you have to store the decorations?
____ Do they use commercial grade products?
____ Ask where they actually purchase products?
____ Are there products consistent year to year?
____ Are UL Rated outdoor use products used only?
____ Ask to see garlands and wreaths, touch them?
